The Summary of the Integrated Report 2023

Through the integrated report, the Company aims to deepen stakeholders’ understandings of Nihon M&A Center Group by conveying its vision, business activities for long-term corporate value improvement, and sustainability initiatives from both financial and non-financial perspectives. “Integrated Report 2023” is based on the content of “Integrated Report 2022” issued last year and is mainly structured on value creation processes, progress on medium-term management targets, initiatives for materiality (important issues), and ESG information. This year, the Company has newly included a message from the CFO and updated its progress of each ESG initiatives.
