The Summary of Integrated Report 2024
Through the integrated report, the Company aims to deepen stakeholders’ understandings of Nihon M&A Center Group by conveying its vision, business activities for medium- to long-term corporate value improvement, and sustainability initiatives from both financial and non-financial perspectives.

In the “Integrated Report 2024,” in addition to the messages from the President and the Executive Managing Director in charge of Administration Headquarters, we have newly included messages from the Chairmen of M&A Strategic Meeting and Financial Strategic Meeting, which were launched in 2023. The four executives leading the Company will explain the growth strategy and the financial strategy that will support our group’s return to a full-fledged growth trajectory.

Roundtable Discussion with Independent Directors this fiscal year covers not only the evaluation of previous year’s performance but also the discussion status at the Board of Directors as well as the improvement of its operations through newly introduced measures, from an external perspective. Furthermore, to give our stakeholders a better sense of the Company’s atmosphere, we have newly included messages from 4 employees who actively work and make contributions to the Company.
